Order Processing
We make a variety of types of products, and they ship differently - here's what to expect:
Key Rings
Every Key Ring is hand-assembled by us here in Canada. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. We don't ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Mood Mugs
Our Mood Mugs are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, and ship directly from their facility. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
💡 If your order contains both a keyring and a mug, they will ship separately and you'll receive two tracking numbers. There's no extra charge for this.
Key Rings - Shipping
Canada
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at a flat rate of $9.99 CAD. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from the date of shipment. All Canadian orders include tracking.
United States
We ship to the United States via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA at a flat rate of $12.00 CAD. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. All US orders include tracking.
🌎 US orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are set by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're required by law to accurately declare the full value of all shipments and cannot mark packages as gifts or under-declare values.
International Orders
We are not currently shipping outside of Canada and the United States. We hope to expand in the future — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Mood Mugs - Shipping
Canada
Mood Mugs ship via standard courier from our fulfillment partner at a flat rate of C$9.99 for the first mug, plus C$6.60 for each additional mug in the same order. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after production is complete.
United States
Mood Mugs ship to the US at a flat rate of US$8.99 for the first mug, plus US$5.05 for each additional mug. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after production is complete.
📦 Mood Mugs ship directly from our production partner's facility, so your tracking link will look a little different from our key ring orders — that's totally normal. Both will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships.
International Orders
We are not currently shipping outside of Canada and the United States. We hope to expand in the future — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up or handed off to the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.
You can track your order using the link in your confirmation email.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at info@saltandspicecollective.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll investigate right away.
Once your order is in the carrier's hands, transit times are outside our control. We appreciate your patience during peak periods or for rural and remote addresses.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're unable to take responsibility for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us at info@saltandspicecollective.com right away — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
