Refund policy

Our Promise

Every product we sell is made with genuine care — whether it's hand-assembled by us here in Canada or printed by our fulfillment partner. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What we can always promise: if something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@saltandspicecollective.com within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked — we want to make it right.

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the damage or defect

We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as we can.

⏱ Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery cannot be accommodated. If you're unsure of your delivery date, check your shipping confirmation email or tracking link.

What We Can't Accommodate

Because our products are handmade or made-to-order, the following fall outside our return and exchange policy:

Key Rings:

  • Returns or refunds for change of mind
  • Exchanges for a different clasp colour after the order has been placed
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery

Mood Mugs:

  • Returns or refunds for change of mind
  • Exchanges for a different mug design after the order has been placed
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery

💡 Please double-check your design selection before completing your order — once a mug goes into production, we're unable to make changes.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 5 days at info@saltandspicecollective.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and find a resolution.
